Thanks for your interest in the Ron Busby Band The band was disbanded in March of 2010 for personal reasons. I had been feeling  for quite a while that  we were caught beteween being too old to reach the younger generation, and we weren't doing the right kind of music to reach people our age. I am toying with the idea of putting a really good Southern Gospel group together that uses all live instruments.  I want to do something that combines today's new country sound with classic Southern Gospel songs from the seventies and eighties. You know, songs by the original Henson's, the Paynes, and early Gold city stuff. I love those old songs, and I know many others do too.
